3. Payment Security

  • All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways compliant with RBI and PCI DSS standards.
  • Your card and UPI details are never stored on our servers.
  • We use OTP and two-factor authentication wherever required for your safety.

4. Refunds & Failed Transactions

  • If your payment fails but the amount is debited, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

5.1 COD Availability

  • Available for orders above ₹500 and below ₹50,000
  • Limited to select pin codes across India
  • Additional COD charges of ₹40 may apply
  • Subject to product category restrictions

5.2 COD Process

  • Select "Cash on Delivery" during checkout
  • Pay the exact amount to the delivery partner
  • Ensure you have the exact change ready
  • Inspect the product before making payment

6. Payment Processing

6.1 Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
  • You will receive an email and SMS confirmation
  • Order status can be tracked in your account
  • Payment receipts are automatically generated

6.2 Processing Time

  • UPI/Digital Wallets: Instant processing
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 2-3 minutes
  • Net Banking: 5-10 minutes
  • COD Orders: Confirmed within 2 hours

7. Currency and Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Prices include applicable GST and taxes
  • Shipping charges are calculated separately

8.1 Dispute Resolution
